Prayer times seem incorrect

Prayer times vary by calculation method and madhab. Open the app, go to Settings, and try a different calculation method — for example, Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, or Karachi. The correct method depends on your region and scholarly tradition.

Notifications not arriving

Make sure notifications are enabled for Salah Horizon in your iPhone's Settings app (Settings → Salah Horizon → Notifications). Inside the app, go to Settings and confirm the notification toggle is on and the prayers you want reminders for are checked.

Restore a purchase

If you purchased Salah Horizon Pro and it isn't showing as active, open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-links your purchase to your current device without charging you again.

Qibla compass seems off

The compass needs a moment to calibrate. Try waving your phone in a figure-eight pattern to recalibrate the magnetometer. Keep the phone away from metal objects, cases with magnets, or speakers.

World map not loading

The World tab requires an internet connection. If the map appears blank, check your connection and close and reopen the app. If the problem persists, email us at gufranv@gmail.com.
